Nadeshiko Japanese Massage is a premium wellness and beauty therapy salon located in the heart of Sydney CBD. We specialise in traditional Japanese therapeutic services including Ashiyu (foot baths), facial lifting massage, lymphatic drainage, and slimming body treatments aimed at enhancing natural beauty and client wellbeing.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team full-time. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of service and cultural authenticity we offer our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive facial and skincare treatments with a focus on lifting and rejuvenation
• Deliver body therapies including slimming massage, lymphatic drainage, and swelling reduction
• Administer Ashiyu (Japanese foot baths) as part of the client experience
• Conduct client consultations and recommend personalised beauty solutions
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, treatment documentation, and customer care
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Essential Requirements

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Esthetician (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of full-time, post-qualification experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of facial enhancement, body shaping, and client care techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team

Highly Desirable

• Additional qualification in Remedial Massage Therapy
• Experience with Japanese beauty or traditional wellness techniques
